A-1 Tactical Ordnance/Special Ops Ordnance Store Policy

This policy outlines procedures regarding transfer pickups, denied background checks, abandoned property, and firearm storage. By engaging in services with A-1 Tactical Ordnance/Special Ops Ordnance, customers agree to the following terms:
Transfer Pickups
- Customers have 60 calendar days from the date of notification to pick up transferred firearms.
- After this 60-day period, the firearm will be deemed abandoned property, and ownership will transfer to A-1 Tactical Ordnance/Special Ops Ordnance.
Denied Background Checks
- If your background check is denied, you have 30 days from the date of denial to appeal the decision.
- If no appeal is initiated or resolved within this timeframe, the item will be subject to the same abandonment terms outlined above.
Abandoned Property
- Any items dropped off and not retrieved within 60 days will be considered abandoned.
- Consignment items are excluded from this policy and are governed by separate consignment agreements.
- Abandoned property becomes the sole property of A-1 Tactical Ordnance/Special Ops Ordnance, which reserves the right to sell, market, or otherwise dispose of the items at its discretion.
Firearm Storage Services
- Firearm storage is available at a rate of $30 per month, with a one-time intake processing fee of $50.
- If payment is missed for more than 60 consecutive days, the stored property will be considered abandoned.
- Ownership of abandoned stored firearms will transfer to A-1 Tactical Ordnance/Special Ops Ordnance, and the items may be sold or marketed accordingly.
Final Notes
- It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain communication and ensure timely pickups, appeals, and payments.
- A-1 Tactical Ordnance/Special Ops Ordnance is not liable for any loss resulting from failure to comply with these policies.
