Store policies

Store policies

Effective October 1, 2025. These policies cover transfer pickups, denied background checks, abandoned property, and firearm storage services.

Transfer pickups

Customers have 60 calendar days from the date of notification to pick up transferred firearms. After that 60-day period, the firearm is considered abandoned property and ownership transfers to A-1 Tactical Ordnance/Special Ops Ordnance.

Denied background checks

If a background check is denied, the customer has 30 days from the date of denial to appeal the decision. If no appeal is initiated or resolved within that timeframe, the item is subject to the same abandonment terms.

Abandoned property

Any items dropped off and not retrieved within 60 days are considered abandoned. Consignment items are excluded and governed by separate consignment agreements. Abandoned property becomes the sole property of A-1 Tactical Ordnance/Special Ops Ordnance, which may sell, market, or otherwise dispose of it at its discretion.

Firearm storage services

Firearm storage is available for $30 per month, with a one-time $50 intake processing fee. If payment is missed for more than 60 consecutive days, the stored property is considered abandoned. Ownership of abandoned stored firearms transfers to A-1 Tactical Ordnance/Special Ops Ordnance, and the items may be sold or marketed accordingly.

Your responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining communication and ensuring timely pickups, appeals, and payments. A-1 Tactical Ordnance/Special Ops Ordnance is not liable for loss resulting from failure to comply with these policies.
